VBS stands for “Vacation Bible School”. It was a 3-hour half-day camp for children aged 4-11, in which they learned about the Bible through songs, games, crafts, and immersive storytelling. See below for the slideshow recap of this year’s VBS! Many children will have made lifelong memories and friends as they played and learned together while experiencing the love of Jesus. This year’s camp was Rome: Paul and the Underground Church. Attendees travelled to Rome as it was when the church was just beginning to form. The camp ran for just 4 days, Monday -Thursday from July 27-30, from 1-4pm in the afternoon. Children were fed a modest snack in that time. This camp was available free of charge, and utilized about 40 different volunteers total. Next year’s VBS will be announced in the winter/spring of 2027.
