$250 per half day or evening for Sanctuary
$400 per full day for the sanctuary
$75 flat for the Media Booth
Special Considerations:
Sanctuary rentals include use of the foyer and kitchen for light refreshments
no food or drinks are allowed in Sanctuary.
use of stove and ovens in the kitchen is not permitted
renters must provide their your own cutlery, dishes, napkins, tea towels, coffee urns…
clean up is the responsibility of the renter – floors cleaned, any items moved to be returned, garbage removed from the building…

Details:
fire code allows for up to 60 people seated —standing room is not included in the number
round and rectangular tables —both of which seat up to 8 people

renters have the option of setting up on their own or seeking assistance from the Church custodian.

RATES:
$ 75 flat rate for the Fellowship
$ 50 for 5 tables or less —if requiring set up by Church custodian
$100 for 6+ tables —if requiring set up by Church custodian
$50 flat rate for the portable projector and sound system
